Mix Canberra drive team walks all show to raise money for Cancer Council

Mix 106.3’s Bronte, Wilko, Sammy and Big Thick Mick walked and ran on a treadmill for their entire show, between 3-6pm yesterday.

They were raising funds for the 2022 Cancer Council Relay for Life.

Listeners could donate via Mick’s Relay For Life page and choose who they wanted to go on the treadmill.

The show was live-streamed on the Mix 106.3 Facebook page, where people could interact and donate directly.

The team walked for 25km and raised $1500 for the charity.
