On Friday they announced the total amount raised as $562,413 – across the weekend, they tallied up the final dollars for an outstanding end result.
 
mix94.5’s Kids Appeal with Telethon 2014 reached a huge $580,000.
 
The two week appeal raised over half a million dollars which purchased 48 brand new pieces of equipment for Perth’s Princess Margaret Hospital.
 
Says the mix94.5 team, “From being able to donate at every Woolworths register, to Telstra for organising the phone rooms, and of course Telethon for the amazing work they continually do – thank you.
 
“To the people of Perth – a very big thank you for your generosity.”
