This morning Foreign Minister Julie Bishop was in the studio talking to Triple M Melbourne’s Hot Breakfast team Eddie McGuire, Mick Molloy and Luke Darcy. 

The interview began tamely enough with an orderly discussion about foreign policy, the situation in Bali, her portfolio and career.  

Then something ‘Mick’ this way came.

Towards the end of the breakfast chat Mick Molloy storms into the studio and asks Julie Bishop that hard question in his own unique and unmistakable style:

“When are we gonna get rid of this donkey and put you and Turnbull in? It’s gotta be close…”
