With clear blue skies and some of the best sunshine Melbourne has seen all Summer, it was the perfect day for The Matt & Jo Show to host a rooftop lunch party for some lucky listeners – catered by the cast of My Kitchen Rules.
Matt & Jo Show were delighted to welcome Manu Feidel, along with contestants Chris and Smiley Sam (Victoria), Kerri and Craig (also from Victoria), and Jake and Elle (Queensland) along to prepare the feast.
The superb three course meal was a money-can’t-buy event, with listeners tuning in daily to guess the mystery celebrity that was crashing the show to win a ticket. Served atop the Fox’s World Famous Rooftop, the delicious lunch was complimented with espresso and lychee martinis.
It has been a busy day for Melbourne’s number one FM breakfast team, with Matt, Jo, Troy, Fabulous Adam and Newsreader Krystal all walking to the studio throughout the show. Starting at Fabulous Adam’s house in Reservoir, the team trekked through the suburbs and city to South Melbourne – awarding instant ‘Pay Your Bills’ cash to listeners along the way.
