MIX101.1 Melbourne launched a new line up this week and confirmed Dean Pickering as the station’s new Program Director.

The new on air line up features:
6.00am – 9.00am Richard Stubbs Breakfast
9.00am – 1.00pm Jon Vertigan

(who has just moved from 3TR)
1.00pm– 3.00pm Dean Pickering
3.00pm – 7.00pm Simon Diaz
7.00pm – 12Midnight Allie’s Long Kiss Goodnight (Allie McDougall)

Dean Pickering told AMT: “The addition of Jon Vertigan to MIX101.1 completes our strong on air line up. We’ve recently re-branded the station as Melbourne’s Best Variety from the 80s, 90s and Now, and will continue to deliver more of the music our listeners want. Jon and the team’s main priority is to do this in a contemporary format relevant to our core demographic – we’ll only talk when we’ve got something important to say.”

The next survey contest for MIX101.1 will also deliver something listeners love – cash! MIX101.1’s Credit Card Crush gives listeners the chance to have their credit card paid off in full! Winners will be called each day by Richard Stubbs with details of the good news … and he’ll crush their credit card debt right there on the phone!
