New Chair appointed at SCA as Peter Bush retires

Peter Bush has stepped down as Chairman of the Group at SCA and will retire as a director at the company’s AGM at the end of October.

Earlier this year Leon Pasternak informed the board that he also plans to retire as a director in October.

The Board has appointed former Lion Nathan CEO and current Chair of Metcash, Rob Murray as Bush’s successor.

Carole Campbell has also been appointed as a non-executive director and will join the board at the beginning of September.
