It's sad there are only 4 commercial radio stations in Newcastle 2HD and NEW-FM ( BILL CARLIS OWNED) and NXFM AND KOFM ( OWNED BY AUSTERO) The isn't really any competition in Newcastle radio, this is why radio stations have the some compares for 20 years. It's just sad that John Laws owns the 9-12 air waves, only because there isn't any other AM or FM talk station in Newcastle to tune into, apart from the ABC.
