Nominations for this year’s Technorama Awards have been extended

Nominations for this year’s Technorama Awards have been extended to 31 March.

The Technorama Awards have been framed to recognise Technologist excellence, and to encourage positive behaviours and personal development by Technologists in support of the Community Broadcasting Codes of Practice and recognise and celebrate outstanding achievements by dedicated and innovative technologists in community media.

The Technorama Awards are open to any individual, team or organisation involved in community media radio and/or television.

Technorama aims to support and provide education for all technologists in the Community Broadcasting Sector and will run from 3-5 May at the Campbelltown RSL.

Represent! Bursary has also been extended to 29 March and covers travel costs and TR19 registration.

The Represent! Bursary is specifically for someone aged between 18 and 26, or who falls outside the traditional older-male demographic of broadcast technologists.

TR19 Earlybird Registration closes 1 April and one lucky earlybird registrant will take away an FM exciter worth $1400 new, and perfect for standby use.
