People and Performance Count at ARN

ARN recently introduced a new Employee Value Proposition, in the company’s words, “Reinvigorate the organisation’s culture and generate excitement about the new direction of the business.”

To make it all work they’ve appointed Marissa Daras to the position of National People and Performance Director.

Marissa brings 15 years’ experience and a wealth of knowledge to ARN, acquired from both local and international HR Management roles.

Marissa has worked as Head of HR – Global Supply Chain and Head of HR – Employee Services at Burberry in London. She has also held other management roles in the UK at Starbucks Coffee Company, De Vere Hotels, Harvey Nichols and Chelsea Football Club.

ARN CEO Ciaran Davis said Marissa will be a valuable addition to ARN’s leadership team.

“Marissa will lead the People and Performance team as we enter the next phase of organisational growth and look to embed the recently launched Employee Value Proposition. Looking after our people, and ensuring they are engaged and excited about their work, is integral to the continued success and expansion of ARN as a contemporary media company.”

Key to Marissa’s role will be continuing to foster a workplace culture that encourages ARN’s people to thrive professionally while working together to achieve ARN’s business objectives.

Marissa said she was looking forward to playing her part in the ongoing success of ARN as a dynamic media and entertainment company.

“I am thrilled to be on board for this next phase of ARN’s growth. Working with staff across all ARN brands, I’m excited to be part of the team cementing of ARN’s as a strong and competitive media company, while also ensuring it continues to be a fantastic, engaging and rewarding place to work.”
