Radio CEOs sleep out for homeless

Radio CEOs and senior managers chilled in their sleeping bags this week as they slept outdoors to raise money for the St Vincent de Paul Society’s homeless services charity in the Vinnies’ annual Sleep Out.

ABC managing director Mark Scott joined Nova GM David Borean in Sydney for the sleep out. In Melbourne Nova GM  Sam Thompson slept rough along with Austereo’s Guy Dobson and Ben Amarfio, as did Canberra FM General Manager Eoghan O’ Byrne and Nova’s Gary Roberts in Perth.

Gary Roberts is keeping a video diary of his long cold night which will be shown on Perth Today Tonight program.

Southern Cross Media was well represented by Mark Carlon and Ashley Myatt in Perth, Tim Davenport and Jeremy Flynn in Canberra, and other executives around the country.
