hmm Agree that these two should not be "blamed"as such -not just yet - but for a different reason.
Lets see what the coroner had to say before casting blame, perhaps she had much deeper reasons for taking her life, but used the prank as a "reason" ... who knows? Really?? but perhaps it should serve as a lesson for young announcers not to 'go there" unless they really think through the potential outcomes --- but more likely I think Radio Station Management should forget the "appeal" young people a little, and leave responsibility to those who have a bit more knowledge,a bit more experience, and a bit more maturity??
lets look more closely at station management.
The announcment that there were no suspicious circumstances was announced very quickly which makes it suspicious in itself.
