Radiodays Europe will push ahead with a hybrid event this year

Radiodays Europe will go ahead in October as a hybrid event and as the Portuguese government takes step 2 in their 3-step plan to re-open society.

72% of their adult population is now fully vaccinated against Covid-19, and by next week 85% are expected to have had their first dose meaning restrictions on restaurants and gatherings are expected to be lifted, and more could be lifted in October.

For the time being masks are still recommended to be worn outdoors and a digital vaccine certificate is required for indoor dining during weekends and on check-in at hotels and tourist facilities.

Portugal has one of the highest vaccination rates in Europe and is pushing its ambitious vaccination programme forcefully with 12–15-year-olds now getting vaccinated, and if the vaccination rate increases fast enough, the third step of re-opening society is due in October.

While Portugal is open for travel from the EU/Schengen countries, the UK, Canada and some other countries, travel from Australia is still banned.

If you registered for the event in 2020 your ticket is still valid for the event in 2021and allows you to join the online content.
