Macquarie Media’s second series of ‘The Road Next Travelled’ has completed another season with a compelling interview host Ray Martin secured with Canadian astronaut and YouTube sensation Col. Chris Hadfield.
Developed by Macquarie Media’s Content Creation team, The Road Next Travelled has run over seven weeks on Macquarie Media’s websites including 2GB, 2UE, 3AW, 4BC and 6PR. It provides listeners with advice, inspiration and information on their journey towards the next phase of their lives, retirement and beyond.
In the seventh and final podcast of the second series, Martin was able to secure an interview with the former Commander of the international space station Chris Hadfield, who has become a global internet sensation with his regular YouTube clips from space, including a music video tribute to David Bowie’s hit song “Space Oddity” which has to date garnered more than 27 million views.
