As the financial year comes to an end and SCA decides to reject the latest takeover bid, staff at its Central Coast operation are being culled.

radioinfo has received word that several producers and copywriters have been made redundant in the whirlwind of takeover speculation and financial belt tightening that is currently engulfing the company.

The SCA radio station premises were also recently put up for sale.

Central Coast staff were told this week that their jobs were being cut. Production and copywriting duties will be spread around other SCA locations in NSW.
