Ron Camplin receives Premier’s Award

The owner of 2BS and Brock Bathurst, Ron Camplin has received the NSW Premier’s Award for his ongoing support of the community of Bathurst.

His work has included 20 years as President of the Mitchell Foundation at Charles Sturt University. His other community work has included being President of Legacy for two years and ongoing support of a large number of community and service organisations including the Eisteddfod Society, Bathurst Macquarie Rotary and Apex.

2BS is well known for its community projects like the Christmas Miracle Hamper Appeal that began 44 years ago and the 2BS Junior Sports Awards that assist young sportspeople chosen to represent their country or state. 2BS has won Rawards for these community activities over many years.
