Sam Fischer is the talk of the town with ‘This City’ up 90 spins to No.17: AirCheck Survey

Australian singer Sam Fischer reached a new peak this week on the AirCheck National Radio Airplay Chart with ‘This City’ up 90 spins to No.17. The track earned 432 plays across 19 stations with Melbourne’s Fox FM out in front spinning the track 40 times. Fox was also the track’s top supporter last week.

Canadian songwriter Powfu was our biggest mover this week, teaming up with Beabadoobee on ‘Death Bed’. The track gained 157 spins last week, rising to No.26. Across Australia, 16 stations played the track including the Nova and Hit networks, KRock Geelong and triple j, however it was The Edge Sydney who accounted for the most spins, adding 43 instances.

A new collaboration entered the chart this week from German DJ and producer HOSH, 1979 and Jalja. ‘Midnight (The Hanging Tree)’ earned 178 spins across 15 stations, landing at No.34. The Nova network championed the track, accounting for over 70% of the week’s spins.
