SCA settles on Leadership Group

After two months at the helm of Southern Cross Austereo, CEO Grant Blackley (pictured) has revealed the company’s objectives going forward and the Leadership Group that will achieve to achieve them.

Reporting directly to Mr Blackley will be:

    •    Nick McKechnie – Chief Financial Officer

    •    Guy Dobson – Chief Creative Officer

    •    Brian Gallagher – Chief Sales Officer

    •    Rick Lenarcic – Head of Regional Media

    •    Vijay Solanki – Chief Enablement & Digital Officer 

Among a number of objectives outlined to staff on Thursday were already had boxes ticked and were well under way to being met. 

  • To improve the performance of 2Day FM. 
  • Improve the monetisation of SCA content through a more layered, dynamic and sustainable Sales Model 
  • Employ new and profitable strategies to unlock additional revenue streams through web, mobile, DAB+ and existing Radio and TV assets.
