SCA’s Riverina stations confirm show line-ups for 2020

SCA stations in the Riverina regions of Wagga Wagga and Griffith today confirmed their show line-ups for 2020.

Bronte & Sam will be moving from Griffith, where they have hosted breakfast for the past year on Riverina MIA’s Hit99.7, to wake up Wagga Wagga on to Riverina’s Hit93.1.

Claire & Brando will be Riverina MIA’s Hit93.1 new breakfast team with Claire Humphrey returning from maternity leave and teaming up with current 963AM Triple M workday announcer Brandon Disson.

SCA Group Content Director, Wagga Wagga and Griffith, Duncan Potts, said: “I’m looking forward to working with our young talented teams in Wagga Wagga and Griffith in 2020.

“Bronte and Sam have done incredible work both on-air and in our social space since coming together mid-year, and I’m excited about the opportunity that presents itself in Wagga Wagga for the two of them.

“It is great to have Claire back with us in 2020 and Brandon has deserved this breakfast radio opportunity on Hit in Griffith. I cannot wait to work with Claire and Brando to develop and grow the new show.”

Current breakfast announcer Dan McGuirk will jump over to the Triple M Network and take over the afternoon shift between 12 noon and 4.00pm across both Wagga Wagga and Griffith stations.

This move will allow Dane to pursue his passion for content directing with an enrolment into the CD Australian Film Television and Radio School (AFTRS) course in 2020.

“Dane has been a trusted voice in both the Wagga Wagga & Griffith for many years. 2020 will present a truly unique Riverina show into both markets on Triple M, as Dane embarks on his studies for the Content Director course at AFTRS,” Potts said.
