Sean ‘Flan’ Flanagan joins The Goldie’s 92.5 Triple M

Former #1 breakfast host Sean ‘Flan’ Flanagan will return to the Triple M Network from Monday 31 August, joining The Goldie’s 92.5 Triple M breakfast team alongside Bridget ‘Bridge’ Brousard and Peter ‘Spida’ Everitt for the Bridge & Spida Now with Flan show.

No stranger to the network, Flan joins the Triple M family once again with over 20 years of radio history on his impressive resume.

Flan’s first industry gig saw him writing for Triple M Sydney’s Andrew Denton breakfast show back in 1999, followed by his first on-air stint on Triple M Sydney announcing on Sunday nights. He then travelled up to Triple M Brisbane where he was an announcer during the 2004 Athens Olympic Games.

Flan has worked alongside big industry names including Amanda KellerDave Gibson and Mikey Robins.

Triple M’s new breakfast announcer, Flan, said: “I’m pumped to be joining the Triple M family – where does this family live by the way? Are there communal bathrooms? I’m looking forward to having a giggle with Bridge and Spida and talking with Gold Coasters about the best city in the world – Burpengary and the second-best city, The Gold Coast.”

Content Director, Corey Kay, said: “This is such a win for the Gold Coast and Tweed audience, having Flan back on the radio after his ‘Mature Age Gap Year’. His natural ability to entertain and make people laugh has been missed.

“What makes it sweeter is he’s returning to radio on Triple M to join Bridge and Spida for breakfast. He’s a passionate local who is a genuinely good bloke, our loyal listeners are going to love him. We look forward to welcoming all those ‘Flan Fans’ who will now follow him to 92.5 Triple M!”
