Mystery continues to surround The Crack, a new comedy channel on the Sydney digital radio airwaves. An intrepid radioinfo reader did an internet search on the website and found a few more details about the station, but there is no official word yet about the venture.

Our reader’s search of the internet registry reveals that the company behind the channel is Open Narrowcast Entertainment (ONE) Network, with ACN 123798265.

But silence is deafening from The Crack about the structure of the business, no sound at all, not even a fart joke.

It appears that Macquarie Radio Network may have sublet some of its digital radio spectrum to the production company originating the channel.

The same 12 minute test loop has been running now since 23rd December.
