Southern Cross Broadcasting has sold its Channel 9 Adelaide tv station to Bruce Gordon’s WIN Group for $105 million, subject to regulatory approvals.

Analysts speculate that the sale represents a profit for Southern Cross of $16m. Tony Bell has told the Australian Financial Review that the price was “well above our book value for Nine Adelaide.”
