Ah what FM breakfast crews won’t do to promote their larrikin image. With State of Origin the only game in town tonight, The Brisbane B105 crew decided on an old fashioned prank involving a team mascot.
That is if you consider a bronze statue of Wally Lewis a mascot.
Anyway, this morning B105’s Stav, of Labby, Camilla and Stav fame, did the unthinkable – he Snuggied Wally.
On the eve of the third State of Origin game, in a covert operation that involved stealthy ninja skills, Stav slipped past security and snuggied one of League’s most memorable players.
It all came about when Labby and Stav decided to wear the infamous SNUGGIE to the Origin game tonight – courtesy of Kerri Ann Kennerly.
