EON Broadcasters, owners of Sydney’s 2CH, has announced its first new appointment after taking over the station from Macquarie Media in January.

Ian Rogerson will be joining the 2CH on-air team from Monday 13th March in “Drive” from 3pm to 7pm Monday to Friday.

From the early days of Triple J with his mate Jonathan Coleman and the “Jono and Dano” show to his success at Triple M Melbourne, the hosting of a number of TV shows and interviewing superstars of the music world including Keith Richards and Paul McCartney, Ian has gathered a huge range of experiences that fit perfectly into what will be a refreshed Sydney’s 2CH.

Ian says, “I am truly excited about joining the team at Sydney’s 2CH and I don’t say that because people expect me to, it’s because I am! Sydney’s 2CH is an historic brand and it’s great to be working with people who respect that and want it to grow”.
