Kyle Sandilands will return to the tv screen this year on another channel after he was dumped from Channel Ten’s Idol program after the lie detector incident. Sandilands is joining Channel Seven as a judge on Australia’s Got Talent.

Seven’s nationwide talent search program begins auditions this week and will go to air later this year.

Sandilands, who made his mark on our TV screens as a judge on four seasons of Ten’s Australian Idol, says he is “thrilled” to be joining rival Channel Seven.

“Australia, it you think you’ve got talent. . . I am going to be the new judge of that!” says Sandilands.
