2SM and Supernetwork owner, Bill Caralis, hates to lose a fight. But he may have met his match in the ATO who claim he owes them $4,627,782 in back taxes, interest and fines according to a report in the Sunday Telegraph by court reporter, Brendan Hills.

Hills cites documents lodged with the court alleging that 2SM has failed to pay amounts dating back to the financial years ending, 2002, 2003 and 2004.

It is also alleged that having missed a number of payment deadlines, the interest and penalties accumulated over the years has now surpassed the original amount of tax owed.
