The Fox now leads the pack: Cumes Survey 5

Melbourne’s The Fox leads all stations for the biggest numbers in a single market with 1.325M listeners, up by 129,000 from Survey 4.

SCA Chief Content Officer, Dave Cameron, says, “The Fox in Melbourne continues to break records as Australia’s most listened to radio station with 1.325 million weekly listeners. This is the highest cume ever in Australian radio history. 
“2DayFM’s fifth cume increase in a row reflects its ongoing growth, and the Breakfast show with Hughsey, Ed and Erin has again grown its audience by another 49,000 listeners recording the highest audience growth in Sydney today and a 38% increase this year.  

Sydney’s KIIS106.5 is only just behind with 1.307M, followed by smooth 95.3 with 1.289M, Nova96.9 with 1.286M, KIIS 101.1 with 1.282M, Gold104.3 with 1.279M and Nova100 with 1.231M.

In Breakfast Kyle & Jackie O remain at the top with the biggest numbers in a single market with 697,000, while Fifi Fev & Nick (Fox FM) were the biggest movers, adding 102,000 for 636,000.

Chrissie Sam & Browny (Nova 100) also added significant numbers, up by another 50,000 to 632,000.

Jase & Lauren (KIIS101.1) continue to add good numbers, up by 95,000 to 599,000 while 2Day FM’s morning crew added another 49,000 for Survey 5.
