The ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2026 commences this Friday June 12, with full coverage live and free to stream on ABC Radio and ABC listen Sport.
The tournament is held in England and Wales from Friday to July 5. 12 teams are competing with Australia having claimed six of the nine titles since the competition began in 2009 but New Zealand returning as the defending champions.
New Australian captain Sophie Molineux is supported by co-vice captains Ashleigh Gardner and Tahlia McGrath.
ABC’s radio coverage will be led by the BBC’s broadcast team from England featuring Alison Mitchell and Henry Moeran alongside Geoff Lemon, Melissa Story, Emily Windsor, Daniel Norcross, Nikki Chaudhuri, Ffion Wynne, Aatif Nawaz, Nathan Johns, Annesha Ghosh, Alex Hartley, Firdose Moonda, Ebony Rainford-Brent and Ed Joyce.
