WIN Corporation has announced the appointment of Tia Davis (pictured) as General Manager – Radio, effective from February 4 and replacing Gen Gordon.

Tia has two decades of experience across regional radio operations, marketing, promotions and leadership, within the WIN Network’s i98FM and C91.3, and Nova Entertainment. She had been Station Manager of i98FM since June 2021.

Tia said:

Beyond her executive experience, Tia is a founding committee member of i98FM’s Illawarra Convoy and the Illawarra Community Foundation. She was named WIN Network Manager of the Year (2015) and WIN Network Employee of the Year – Radio (2008). Under her leadership in various roles, i98FM’s Illawarra Convoy has received eleven Australian Commercial Radio Awards (ACRAs) for Best Community Service Project.

Gen Gordon steps down from the General Manager – Radio role to take on an expanded Corporate Development position within Birketu, the private investment company of Bruce Gordon who owns the WIN Corporation.
