triple j‘s Richard Kingsmill, The Doctor, Zan Rowe and the Live Music Team travelled to Splendour to produce their biggest festival coverage ever.

The huge three day festival with arguably one of the best line ups in recent memory was a sell-out but triple j’s audience could follow the artists, the shows, the news and the goss as it happened with their multi-media coverage.

There were live sets broadcast on air, photo galleries, back stage videos, blogging, live songs streamed on demand and generally a lot of engaging with the audience across social media.

Over the three days of the festival triple j broadcast for 23 hours and delivered a massive 700 photos, six hours of live music broadcast straight from main stage, 160 tweets, ten online videos, 14 blog posts.

The coverage doesn’t end there with a special Splendour Live At Wireless series from Monday 16th August to hear the best sets captured by triple j’s Live Music Team.
