Triple M’s Libby Trickett tries for one more world record …

… before she has her second baby.

After successfully breaking the World Record for Most Pairs of Undies put on in 30 seconds (see video below) and controversially being denied the World Record by Guinness for Most Hugs Given in 60 seconds, Libby Trickett is trying for one more World Record before she takes time off from her radio gig to have her second child.

The Triple Olympian & co-host of The Rush Hour with Luke, Libby & Dobbo on Triple M Brisbane & Gold 92.5 Gold Coast will head up to Noosa Heads this Saturday, for the Noosa Summer Swim, where she will attempt to set the World Record for Fastest 1km Open Water Swim Undertaken by a Woman who is 35 Weeks Pregnant’.

Libby will join 100s of other swimmers, including fellow Olympian Michael Klim, in competing in the Noosa 1.0 (Short Course) off beautiful Main Beach. The race starts at 12.15pm.

As there is no current record holder for this very niche World Record attempt, Libby is with a good shot, just as long as she is able to complete it.

Her radio co-hosts Luke Bradnam & Ben ‘Dobbo’ Dobbin will also be participating as Libby’s ‘Support Crew’ & whilst Libby is under no illusion that she will set an Olympic pace, her main goal is to finish the race with a faster time than Dobbo.
