A group of NOT Kyle and Jackie O fans have set up a website that counts down the days, hours, minutes and seconds till the pair leave the Sydney airwaves. But that was before they found out that they’ll likely turn up at MIX 106.5 next year.
 
The idea for the site is the brainchild of James Brechney who does a weekly show on community broadcaster 2NSB the drive shift on OXlive.com.au .
 
Brechney (left) says, “Kyle and Jackie O are now in their final month on air after more than a decade of broadcasting together on Sydney’s 2Day-FM and a lot of us are celebrating!
 
“They’ve certainly picked up a few haters and lost a few sponsors during their elongated stint at 2Day. Over the years numerous groups and personalities have called for them to come off the air after slagging journalists, our Magda Szubanski or poor judgment in hooking up a young girl to a lie detector test.
