The Walt Disney Company has completed the sale of its ABC Radio Holdings Inc. unit to Citadel Broadcasting Corp in the USa.

Disney will retain about $1.35 billion in cash in connection with the deal, which includes 22 large-market radio stations and the US ABC Radio Network, but does not include ESPN Radio or Radio Disney units.
