92.7 MIX FM’s Todd & Sami for the Drive Home have taken this whole Ninja-Turtles-love-pizza thing a bit to far, deciding to create a 99 Cheese Pizza, just to see if can be done.

It makes sense really, seeing as pizza is to radio announcers what donuts are to police officers, right? Or are they both unfair stereotypes similar to the one about Ninja Turtles loving pizza? Perhaps we’ll never know.

Between now and Monday Todd and Sami will plan this massive event. If possible, it will be a world-first.

Todd says, “I have dedicated entire weekends to cheese and I am a bandit for a good slab of cheese and I am so excited we are building ‘The All Mighty Cheeses'”.

However co-host Sami remains skeptical yet hopeful. “In life I love my husband, my children and cheese. Possibly not in that order! Ha ha! I am so excited to create a world-first that revolves around the chapel of cheese eating. My only concern is we won’t be able to locate 99 cheeses and will fail in our mission to create our vision.”

The big day when they plan to unveil their Franken-pizza is Monday 20 October. Let’s hope somebody has the Eno handy.
