After five weeks of lockdown in California, Tracy takes a critical look at how radio stations are handling the dissemination of information and balancing the responsibility to inform with their aim to also entertain.
As radio comes out of the crisis, Tracy says the only thing that will make audiences seek out stations and networks will be the connection they have with the station’s talent.
