We all love a good car giveaway, so what better way to finish the week than to hand over a brand new Renault Captur Expression to one lucky listener.
That’s exactly what happened with 92.7 Mix FM on the Sunshine Coast this morning, as The Boot or the Loot wrapped up with Sunshine Coast single mother Amanda Campbell walking away with a brand new car.
Amanda’s name was drawn out of 27 finalists by Mix FM’s Mark and Caroline, meaning she can now hand down her old car to her children, who brought along their P plates just in case. “There’s a strict ban on it for them for the moment at least! They’re not allowed to touch it for now!”, an excited Amanda told Mark and Caroline.
92.7 MIX FM’s The Loot or the Boot saw the station give away $10,000 in cash as well as the brand new car, and the twist? Would you choose the loot, or a chance to win the car.
Amanda Campbell turned down $400 in cash for her chance at the car, and she says it was the “best decision of my life.”
“I’m so excited and overwhelmed,” she said.
