2ST’s Dave Stretton is heading up the road to “play whatever he feels like” at sister station Wave FM Wollongong. He will be heading into mornings 9am-1pm, after Phebe Irwin finishes in mornings.
Program Director Nick Lowther steps into 2ST Brekky, heading up a new line-up for the day. 2ST’s Graham French will be creating a half hour national and local news service at 5:30am, followed by Nick 6-9am, Murray Peters 9am-12pm, Pete Brandtman 12-3pm and a new announcer is being sought for 3-6pm (see job ad). From 6-8pm Sports Today and from 8 a new locally produced night show for the Shoalhaven and Southern Highlands.
Power FM Nowra’s Nikki Burroughs and Andy Pye are travelling overseas from the end of the year, and are replaced by Corynne Tait from 2EC/Power FM Bega who will do 10-2 on Power and Promotions whilst Iain Duguid from Swinburne will step into copy and the “Hit 30” on Power.
