Ben Fransman has wrapped up his role as Network Operations Manager for SCA. He had been with the network nearly seven years and before that with Tabcorp as Technical Broadcast Manager.
He said on LinkedIn:
“I’m incredibly proud of what I achieved, including building and leading Australia’s first 24/7 Support Centre for Radio & Podcasting (the Network Operations Centre).
But what I’m most proud of was the opportunity to build great teams, again and again. With a focus on individual growth inside and outside the NOC, I was lucky to see many team members step into new roles across the business, and thrive.
Now I’m excited for the next chapter, continuing to lead with a people-first approach, building high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence.”
