Brian Blacklock has been appointed to the newly created position of Director of Sales at ARN Sydney. Blacklock will be responsible for all retail and agency revenue for the two key Sydney stations: WSFM, Mix 106.5 and the Western Sydney station The Edge 96.ONE.
GM John Williams says Blacklock had been part of the network’s national sales team for the past five years, contributing to the outstanding success of the team in attracting and retaining a growing share of national advertising revenue.
“Having worked with Brian in the past, it will be great to have him back as part of the Sydney operation.”
In other movements, ARN has also announced the appointment of Andrew Stefanou to the position of Agency Sales Manager in Melbourne. He was previously Director of Sales Retail at ARN Sydney and also worked as a National Sales Director for New Zealand television, will be in charge of agency sales for the two Melbourne ARN stations, GOLD FM and Mix 101.1.
