Former ABC radio and7 July 2004 Former ABC radio and tv chief, David Hill, has been appointed Executive Director of Television Sydney (TVS) and will oversee the launch of the new community station on UHF Channel 31. He was ABC Chairman and Managing Director from 1986-’95.
