Michael Gudinski has resigned from the board of mcm entertainment group ltd. His place will be taken by Greg Smith. Smith was Group PD of Austereo when it first got all its stations to #1 in 1992. He later founded the highly respected international program consultancy, ESP, which he sold in 2004.
