Nigel Bates has been appointed as the new General Manager for 2MBS FM Sydney. Nigel is a British musician with a background in performance and arts management. He left the UK’s Royal Opera House Orchestra in July 2009 when the family emigrated to Australia. He is married to an Australian ballet dancer, and they have two children.
