Over in television land, up to 100 people will be made redundant by the Nine Network mostly from its its news and current affairs division. CEO Eddie McGuire announced the voluntary redundancies at a strategic meeting with network staff in Sydney. Among the changes, Bulletin editor Garry Linnell will be appointed head of news and current affairs, replacing Mark Llewellyn, who will move to the executive producer role.
