Southern Cross Media Group’s non-executive director Tony Bell has resigned from the SCMG Board effective from the end of this financial year, 30 June 2014. In statement the company said that Mr Bell’s retirement plans “committed him to extensive international travel from July 2014,” making him unavailable for most of the scheduled board meetings over the next twelve months.
