Warwick Syphers has quit his role as chief executive of Prime Media Group to take up an appointment elsewhere in the Paul Ramsay empire at Adstream Holdings.
Sources say that key shareholders including Lachlan Murdoch’s Illyria (who also owns 50% of dmg Radio) have been dissatisfied with the performance of the regional radio and TV broadcaster.
