Radio Today Podcast Award Finalists

All the finalists for Radio Today’s Podcast Awards have now been announced, with the winners to be revealed early Monday morning.

ARN CEO Ciaran Davis congratulated his team and wished them good luck for the results next week: “I’m obviously delighted… we’ve got a huge number of people who are very committed, passionate, creative at developing podcasts. It’s nice to see the hard work rewarded like that. I’m very pleased, awards are always nice. I like winning. So good luck to them all.”

SCA Executive Head of Podcasting Grant Tothill said: “It’s great to see so many talented people – creators and producers – recognised as finalists. For all the teams that have worked on the LiSTNR podcast platform across all areas of the business, having LiSTNR as a finalist in Podcast Network, Podcast Hardware/Software and Podcast Company of the Year is a fitting recognition of their work to make LiSTNR what it is today.”

News Limited CEO Michael Miller posted this message on Facebook: “Podcasting is the medium of the decade and no one is doing it like our on-demand audio team, NewsCast who have been recognised this week as finalists of the radiotoday.com.au podcast awards. Congratulations to Andrew Bucklow as host for I’ve Got News For You, Del Fordham for Industry Thought Leader, Producers Nina Young, Tiffany Dimmack, Andrea Thiis-Evensen, and Shannon Hollis as Sales Executive, and the whole NewsCast team nominated as Major Publisher.
