FIVEaa appoints new Program Director

Brad Hulme has resigned from his role as Program Director at FIVEaa with immediate effect in a restructure at DMG Adelaide.

Brad has extensive radio experience and has been with DMG Radio for over six years. He started with DMG Radio as Executive Producer of Vega 91.5‘s breakfast show in 2008 before moving to Adelaide in 2010 to take up the role of Program Director for FIVEaa.

After three years in this role, Brad has made the decision that it is time to explore other opportunities within the media.

Paul Jackson, DMG Radio Group Program Director said: “Brad is a talented and respected member of the programming team and has been an asset during his time with the company. I would like to thank him for everything he has done and wish him well with his future endeavours.”

DMG Radio has said that Brad’s decision to depart from the role of Program Director has provided the company with the opportunity to look at the structure of it’s Adelaide stations.

DMG Radio has promoted Dave Shearer Nova 919’s Program Director, to the role of Adelaide Program Director to oversee both Nova 919 and FIVEaa in Adelaide.

Paul Jackson added: “Dave has done a superb job with Nova 919 over the past 12 months. His long history with both CHR and talk balk radio in the UK and his broad range of skills will be invaluable across both stations.”
