The people of Perth couldn’t get enough of Antonov AN-225 with the biggest plane in the world causing mass hysteria in Sunday’s arrival.
People from all across the city flocked to the airport to catch the 84 metre long Ukrainian cargo plane in action, with the landing attracting an estimated 20,000 people, causing traffic jams along major highways.
Matt, from mix94.5’s Clairsy, Matt & Kymba, took his excitement to a more romantic place with an Antonov AN-225 inspired parody of David Bowie’s hit ballad, Space Oddity.
