Born & raised in Central West NSW. Got into radio in the early 90s. First commercial job at NEW FM Newcastle - initially in sales - and then after hanging around the on-air team and pestering the PD ended up in mid-dawn. Over the next decade I worked on air and in programming at 2NM/Power FM, 2GO, The River (Albury Wodonga), and 3SR/Sun FM. Moved to NZ in 2001 to head up Programming for the 3 Christian networks, Rhema, Life FM and Southern Star. Moved back to Australia in 2004 to work with Vision Radio Network, a national narrowcaster operated by United Christian Broadcasters based in Brisbane. Became CEO in 2013.
