2DU takes a hit in Dubbo

The latest radio survey for Dubbo stations 2DU, Zoo FM and Hit93.5 have been released offering a chance to see how ratings have fared since the last survey a year ago.

And 2DU took a hit.

The station dropped 8.0 percentage points from last survey, sitting at number two as the station listened to most with 20.6%, Hit 93.5 is number one with 24.9% and ZOO FM third with 17.1% All People 10+.

Hit 93.5 is also number one in breakfast with 26.3% after 2DU took another dive losing 10.3 percentage points from last survey to sit second with 19.7% and Zoo FM third with 15.3% .

Commercial Radio Australia introduced a new system for regional radio ratings last year, which allows smaller radio markets to undertake more regular, reliable and cost effective audience measurement.

Radio surveys will also be released for 11 other regional markets in the June quarter. These are: Mt Isa, Kingaroy, Roma, Emerald/Central Highlands, Mackay and Cairns in Queensland; Ballarat in Victoria; Launceston in Tasmania and Port Macquarie/Kempsey, Albury and Coffs Harbour in New South Wales.
