Brisbane’s 882 4BH will celebrate Valentine’s Day with a wedding live on the 4BH Breakfast Show hosted by Kim Mothershaw and Leisa Sheehan. The idea for a Secret Wedding was inspired by Leisa’s own secret wedding on New Year’s Eve.
So with very little thought from Kim & Leisa and not expecting much interest they threw open the invitation for any couple to be married live on 4BH on Valentine’s Day. They were subsequently flooded with entries from over 200 couples who were either in the process of planning weddings to those who’d just never got around to it. Now one couple will celebrate their big day on 4BH 882 and by doing so will surprise family and friends in a very public way.
Kim & Leisa have organised a very special day with the help of a celebrant plus wedding rings, flowers, limousines, photography, balloon decorations and wedding cake all provided. There’ll also be a wedding breakfast and hotel accommodation and a five nights honeymoon on Daydream Island .
The Secret Wedding takes place Tuesday morning (Valentine’s Day) from 7am on Brisbane’s 882 4BH.
